UK Orders
All our Linux Disks qualify for free shipping within Great Britain and Northen Ireland. All items are usually dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail standard postal services. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We reserve the right to charge extra for shipping; the buyer will be notified if this is the case before the item is dispatched. If the buyer does not wish to pay the extra charges for shipping, a refund will be given. We cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.

International orders (outside Great Britain and Northern Ireland)
These will incour an additional shipping charge.
USA/Canada: $4.94
Europe: 2.95EUR

Returns

All items carry a 30-day money back guarantee against damaged media starting from 3 days after the shipping date. Please email us at support@lindisk.co.uk or phone our helpline on 08717894627 to aquire an RMA number before sending any items back to us. Once we receive the respective product(s), we will check to make sure that the items are damaged where we are at fault; refunds will not be given on non-faulty items. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit so recorded delivery is reccomended.Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The software that is shipped to you comes on standard recordable media. We manage to keep our prices up to 50% lower than the competition by providing you with no-nonsense software.

Warranty

ABPNI provide no warranties with any software supplied (however the media is subject to our 30 day guarantee).
